Want More Swing Reps. Build Power From Home. Eliminate Standing at Practice.
A simple, yet efficient, game-changing tool designed to elevate your baseball/softball game by strategically attacking muscles along swing path with forearm burning swing reps. Optimize swing reps at home around busy schedules or allow players at practice/cages to get in additional reps instead of waiting for their turn.
Ted Williams, arguably the greatest hitter of all time, used to stand in front of his hotel mirror with a rolled-up newspaper perfecting this swing path. By adding resistance to your swing sessions, you can now optimize each repetition and maximize your potential swing repetitions.
Simple, Versatile, & Highly Efficient Swing Training
Unable to hit for power, casting, dropping hands, or inconsistent contact? The Power Swing Bat uses targeted resistance to activate key swing muscles and build lasting muscle memory. It strengthens the hands, wrists, and forearms while improving mechanics, bat speed, and power - all without a cage or coach.
Advanced players love the isolated top and bottom training. Maximize swing reps on your schedule.
Youth coaches love how the added resistance helps stabilize balance and the core, while also allowing slow and controlled swing training.

We have reports of kids as young as 6-7 years old using the bat. This is a workout training tool, so kids should be supervised at all times. Strength and maturity levels vary so much in younger kids that a definite age is tough to judge. Kids need to be able to use the smallest resistance band of 10 lbs with a controlled movement, to ensure the bat doesn’t snap back. If the smallest resistance is too much, we accept 100% money back guarantee on all products within 30 days please review refund policy for terms and conditions*.
